Connecting brands, retailers, and patients to keep compassionate cannabis access alive in California.

We are a grassroots nonprofit initiative operating under 501(c)(3) status through our fiscal partner, Long Beach PECC (Peer Education Community Center). Together, we organize volunteer-powered donation events that keep SB 34 alive—ensuring low-income medical cannabis patients continue to receive free, tested medicine through legal and sustainable channels. By working alongside licensed shops, brands, and community advocates, we ensure that patients in need continue to receive free, tested medicine—without the heavy lift falling on dispensaries.

Host An Event

How It Works

1. Brands Donate

We coordinate with trusted cannabis brands to supply lab-tested, compliant products through legal METRC-tracked product

donations.

2. Retailers Host

Participating dispensaries host Compassion Drops. We provide the volunteers and marketing support—so staff can stay

focused on operations..

3. The Community Supports Itself

From influencers re-donating unused product to event-goers leaving behind extras, we facilitate safe peer support through

additional volunteer-run programs.

4. Patients Receive

Eligible patients pre-register online, verify their MMICs, and receive free medicine on-site at dispensary led events or private

events powered by personal donations.
